Silvio Teixeira is an executive with over 35 years of experience in the public and private sectors of Brazil. He has demonstrated a strategic vision for operations optimization and business leadership, along with a focus on the environment and innovation. Silvio has extensive experience in banking, leading Cargill Bank and Rabobank, and the agricultural sector, 19 years as director of Cargill and three years as president of Renessen Inc. Biotech, a Cargill and Monsanto Joint Venture. Silvio served 10 years as Managing Partner and CEO of Brookfield Brasil bbtf. Silvio obtained his engineering degree at Mackenzie University, his MBA at FEA / USP, and completed the General Management & Leadership program at the Judge Business School at Cambridge University. He is an IBA board member and co-founder, also providing philanthropic support to many social and environment projects across Brazil.
With a background in mineral exploration, Elmer Prata Salomão has over 45 years of experience working in Brazil. His roles have included General Director of Brazil’s National Department of Mineral Production (DNPM) 1990-1995, and Professor and Researcher in the Department of Geosciences at the University of Brasilia. He is currently the General Manager of GEOS Ltd., a Brazilian servicing and consulting company.
With over 30 years experience in resource business, including 27 years in Brazil, Stephen Shefsky has cofounded or led numerous companies in the oil and gas, minerals exploration, and technology sectors. Currently the CEO and Director of James Bay Resources Limited, as well as the CEO of Cancap Investments Limited, a private merchant bank, since 1985. His focus on mineral resources and the technology sector bring extensive knowledge to the C6 Captured Corp. project.
Fabiano Sanchez is an executive with over 25 years of experience in Finance and Operations in private sector in Brazil. He has prior experience in assurance services for banking, investment funds and insurance companies at KPMG Brazil. He is a former CFO/COO of Brookfield Brazil Timber Funds where he contributed to the growth of the business, implementing, and optimizing administrative processes in the financial reporting, procurement, IT, HR, and operations. He also participated in M&A projects and lead financing projects for asset acquisition and silviculture implantation to supply charcoal consumers and pulp and paper industries.
Raoni Salomão is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in mineral exploration and real estate development. Former manager director and head of exploration of mineral exploration companies, he excels in business management and geospatial technology.
